Returns

f for any reason you change your mind , we offer a 14 day money-back guarantee . This means that any products you are not satisfied with or no longer require can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase , providing that they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. Postage is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. If you are returning an item we would advise that you consider using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on items unless they are damaged or faulty. As mentioned above , if you do change your mind about a product and would like a refund to exchange it for something else , you are able to send the product back to us in its original condition within 14 days for a refund.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If you believe that your items are damaged or faulty , we ask that you contact us as soon as possible with your order number and images of the products that you believe are not fit to use. Our email and contact number can be found on the “Contact Us” section of the website. In some cases if the product is found to be damaged or faulty than we will not require you to send it back to us and a full refund / replacement will be issued. However there may be circumstances where we will ask you to send the product back to us as part of our quality control , and in instances like these a returns label will be issued to you.
