Ruqyah Plan

This is a general ruqyaplan that can be used to help treat sihr , possession , evil eye etc. When carrying out this plan it is essential to have strong tawheed , be consistent in your obligatory prayers and daily adhkars and have firm tawwakul and belief that the cure is with Allah and the ruqyah is just a means. You also need to carry out this plan with consistency and patience , sometimes results don’t happen straight away – especially if the affliction is severe. We are contactable through WhatsApp or email to assist and answer any questions if needed.

You will need the following items

  1. Water
  2. Honey
  3. Black Seeds
  4. Olive Oil
  5. Ajwah Dates

Preparation

  1. Water – ruqyah water is a procedure that is carried out where one recites verses from the Quran and then blows over the water – without spittle. This was done by some of the salaf and the Prophet Sallalahu Alayhi WaSalam used to blow into his hands before sleeping , recite the three quls and wipe over his face and body. It is recommended to use zam zam water as it is the purest of all waters but any mineral or tap water will suffice. Fill a container / bottle with the water leaving a little space at the top. The Ruqya effect of the Quran is carried in the breath of the person reciting so keep the bottle as near to your mouth as possible and breathe directly into it. Make sincere intention to treat the affliction through the Ruqya and recite any verses you know by heart , particularly Surah Fatiha as it is a ruqyah as mentioned in Sahih Bukhari. After reading each surah dry spit lightly into the water and every so often close the lid and give the bottle a shake. Try to use the water within 3-4 days.
  2. Olive oil – ruqyah oil is made using the exact same process as the water. It is better to use a light olive oil rather than a thick one as the smell is not as strong and the texture is not so sticky. As long as the oil is within its expiry date it should easily stay good for a year or two.
  3. Black seed oil – black seed oil is also made using the same process as the ruqyah water.
  4. Honey – you can also make ruqyah honey with the honey , but you can also consume it in its original form.

Ruqyah Plan

  1. Be consistent in your morning and evening adhkars . Ibn Qayyim Rahimahullah said ‘The morning and evening adhkār play the role of a shield; the thicker it is, the more its owner is protected. Rather, its strength can reach to such an extent that the arrow shot at it will bounce back to affect the one who shot it.’ You can find a section on recommended adkhars on the site In sha Allah.
  2. Recite 1/3 of Surah Baqarah (Approx 18 pages) a day. The aim is to complete Surah Baqarah every 3 days.
  3. Recite Surah Yaseen, Jinn, Rahman, Falaq, Naas, Ikhlaas and any other Ruqyah Ayaat.
  4. Listen to ruqyah audios eg ruqyah shariah , ayatul Kursi and others. In the audio section of our website you will find a range of ruqyah audios with descriptions as to which afflictions they will help to relieve by the will of Allah.
  5. Ruqyah water – drink this throughout the day and use in cooking. Do not top up with regular water as this will dilute it , just make a fresh batch when you are running low.
  6. Olive oil – apply the ruqyah oil before sleeping head to toe, even in the roots of the hair. If the sihr / affliction is severe then you can drink a tablespoon of it twice a day on an empty stomach. If you have any skin condition which the oil may affect then use with caution or not at all.
  7. Ajwa dates – eat at least seven ajwah dates every morning and evening on an empty stomach , as the Prophet Sallalahu Alayhi WaSalam said the one who does so will not be harmed by poison or magic.
  8. Black seed – use the black seed oil the same way you use the olive oil . Pay particular attention to areas of pain, tension, knots etc.If you have any skin condition which the oil may affect then use with caution or not at all. Alternatively you can take a pinch of the seeds every morning.
  9. Honey – this can be ruqyah honey or standard raw honey. Have one teaspoon with the ruqyah water first thing in the morning.
  10. Ruqyah bath – ruqyah bath is an effective way of weakening the effects of sihr . This should be performed for seven days in a row and is a very important part of the plan . Please refer to the section on ruqyah baths which will explain in detail how to do this.
  11. Hijama – have hijama once a month on the body and every three months on the head

Ruqyah of the home
